molokhia (food of kings), One of the most unique and popular dishes in the Middle East. This dish easily won our hearts with its delicious flavor and aroma.

Ingredients

200g chicken breast

200g frozen molokhia

150g cooked white rice

10 garlic cloves

Half a cup of green coriander

A tablespoon of oil

Salt and Pepper

Method

We put oil in a frying pan on the stove. Add the minced garlic to the oil and mix them together.

Add the chopped green cilantro, stir. Put the vegetable oil in another frying pan. And heated on fire. put green mallow leaves, And we move it until it withers.

Add the molokhia to the garlic mixture. Then the shredded chicken breasts.

We add: dried coriander, white pepper, salt, Pepper. and chicken broth.
