Sarah Pop Fit, Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Aleppo. To a certified fitness trainer. Contrary to the thing she would face as a lawyer, For Sarah, exercise has become a source of positive energy and happiness. In 2016, I began to specialize and join training courses in the field of physical fitness by bodies known to be among the first in the world to grant such certificates. Like NASM, ACE, and others. After opening her own club in Istanbul, she had her own unique style that she adopted in training women, which is fun during exercises while making the most of them. She started uploading some videos of her own exercises with Turkish ladies at Sara’s gym in Istanbul. Indeed, these exercises received a wide and rapid spread on social networking sites. In the first year of 2020, Sarah was able to gain more than one million followers, and in 2021, more than 3 million, and in 2022, she was able to gather nearly 5 million followers on her YouTube channel, Sara PopFit. What made her spread so fast was her love for her work and at the same time the benefit that tens of thousands of Arab women from all over the world saw. Of course, the scientific and practical application of knowledge in this field has made it a source of confidence for many women.
