Okra stew is a delicious stew made with garlic, tomato sauce, beef, and fresh or frozen okra. A healthy and delicious recipe that can be enjoyed for more than one day!

Ingredients

200g okra

200g veal without fat

150 g Green tomatoes

20 g spoonful of tomato paste

10 garlic cloves

20 g spoonful of oil

150g White rice

Method

Put the oil on a medium heat and cook the chopped garlic and stir it well.

Add the minced meat to the mixture and continue to cook until the meat turns brown, then add the tomatoes and cook until the mixture becomes thick.

Add water to the ingredients and leave the mixture on the fire until it boils, then reduce the temperature and leave the mixture on a low heat.

Add the fried okra in an air fryer and bring the mixture to a boil again, then cook the mixture over a low heat for about twenty minutes, until the okra becomes soft and pliable, then serve the ready-made okra.
