Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of yogurt
½ teaspoon turmeric
2 dill sticks
½ lemon
2 pickled cucumbers
salt, pepper
Method
Boil the eggs until they become hard.
We wash the boiled eggs in cold water and peel them.
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
Add the yogurt, turmeric, salt and pepper to the yolks.
Dill can be used for stuffing or as a decoration.
We mash the mixture until smooth and put it back into the egg whites.
We serve it cold, garnished with pickles, hot peppers and dill.
