Ingredients

3 cups of water

2 cups of yogurt

1 teaspoon of caviar

½ cup dill

½ cup of parsley

2 cucumbers

1 medium carrot

1 sweet medium potato

1 egg

A cup of green onions

1 tablespoon of grape vinegar

1 teaspoon of salt

Method

Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs.

Cut the cucumber, radish, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs and carrots into cubes.

Finely chop the dill, parsley and green onion

Mix the yogurt, water and kefir in a separate bowl and mix them with all the vegetables and add salt.

We serve it cold.
