Ingredients
Two cups of macaroni
200g chicken breast
Bechamel sauce
Green capsicum
Sliced mushroom cup
100g of low-fat mozzarella cheese
10 g of oil
Method
Put the oil in a hot pan, then add the chicken when it turns white, add the pepper, mushrooms and spices gradually until it is cooked
After preparing the healthy béchamel sauce, we add the mixture to the pasta in the form of layers (macaroni layer – chicken layer – béchamel sauce layer …) Then we finally add mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
