Mac and Cheese is one of the well-known American dishes. A delicious and popular recipe for every Arab or Western table. Here is this recipe with easy and simple steps to get a delicious dish that everyone likes.

Ingredients

300g skinless chicken breast

Two cups of cooked macaroni

Low fat mozzarella cheese

50 g cheddar cheese

Two cloves of garlic

1 glass of milk

10 g butter

Salt, pepper and oregano

Method

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it melts.

Add chicken, salt and pepper. Stir fry for 5-8 minutes or until tender then remove and set aside.

Add garlic and saute for two minutes.

Gradually add the milk, whisking.

Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese while continuing to whisk.

Once the cheese has melted into the mixture, Put the chicken and pasta, stir.

Sprinkle the top with more cheese.

Put the pan into the oven for 15 minutes. until the cheese becomes brown and bubbles form.

Decorate the face with oregano.
