Ingredients

1 slice of toast

Two tablespoons of labneh

½ avocado

1 egg

1 teaspoon of olive oil

2 dried tomatoes

2 dill sticks

Method

Toast bread in the toaster (toaster)

We put labneh on it.

Cut half an avocado into thin slices and place on top of the labneh.

Add the olive oil to the pan and cook the eggs.

We put the eggs on the avocado and garnish with the sun-dried tomatoes and dill.
