There is no doubt that you have heard a lot about collagen and that it is the most important product and protein for skin freshness and permanent youth. So today we are going to offer you collagen soup that will nourish your body and rejuvenate your skin

Ingredients

2 carrots

1 red carrot

1 red beet

1 red pepper

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

2 cups of bone broth

2 cups of water

1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons of olive oil

salt

black pepper

Method

We put olive oil in a bowl.

Stir in onions, peppers and garlic.

Grate the carrots, red onions and red beets and sauté them.

Put the water and bone broth and bring to a boil.

Add salt and red pepper powder.

Mix all soup ingredients with a blender and serve with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
