Ingredients
2 oranges
3 slices of pineapple
10 cashew nuts
1 cup of brewed green tea
3 tablespoons of oats
½ teaspoon of ginger powder
Method
We peel oranges and pineapples.
Put the brewed green tea, oats, ginger and cashews in a blender.
Add the peeled pineapple and orange and blend in the blender until smooth.
Preferably consumed during the day.
