We will start by explaining and talking about it.

Prohibited list: This is the list of foods that you should avoid if you want to get the body of your dreams. It contains the most harmful foods that cause obesity and fat accumulation. We have divided these foods into 4 groups that can be preserved by applying them to the members of your face. Thus, you will constantly remember them and avoid them.

Pans of all kinds are prohibited. They contain large amounts of saturated fats and hydrogenated oils, which cause fat accumulation in your body. Sugar and salt (your right eye):

We must inform you that the amount of table salt (sodium) allowed daily is found in other food sources, Thus, you will take your daily need from it without adding too much table salt to your daily foods.

Including Arabic sweets, cake, soda and soft drinks… As we mentioned to you earlier, my dear, Sugar also messes with your hormones. The most important example is the hormone insulin, which rises when eating foods full of sugars, Which causes greater hunger and more craving for food and sugars in general. Thus, you will not be able to stop eating large amounts of sugar.

Foods to eat:

You may be thinking now, What can you eat after all these prohibitions? Is there anything useful to eat and eat? Of course, my dear! And how did the primitive organism survive since ancient times without the presence of this amount of unhealthy food, Thus, we have a long list of healthy foods that you will enjoy tasting when prepared in healthy and simple ways.

  • You can eat vegetables of all kinds, different shapes and attractive colors, and fruits as well.   2. Fill a quarter of the plate with protein sources. such as meat, chicken and fish, If you are a vegetarian, add beans or chickpeas.
  3. Fill another quarter of the plate with sources of carbohydrates. such as rice, bulgur and brown bread, You can take rice 3 times a week no more. And you can replace it with bulgur because it contains fiber that is beneficial for your digestive system.

We note here, That you can eat the aforementioned dish for breakfast and lunch, while at dinner, It is preferable to eat some type of soup that contains protein. Such as broccoli soup, spinach soup, and soups that contain pieces of chicken and meat.
