• Cracks and sagging occur as a result of rapid weight gain or rapid weight loss.

• People with soft, thin skin are more prone to skin cracks and sagging.

To get rid of cracks and sagging, there are three main steps:

1. Drink 2 to 3 Liters of water per day.

↵ In the case of excessive sweating and intense exercise, the amount of water must be increased.

2. Daily skin moisturizing and weekly skin exfoliation.

  • Daily moisturizing: skin moisturizing is a key factor for having clear skin.

→Example on moisturizing products: use Almond products and of course Coconut oil.

  • Weekly exfoliation: Example on exfoliating products: brown sugar or grind almonds with Coconut oil or Almond oil to prevent skin dryness.

3. High-intensity exercise

To increase the secretion of growth hormone, which increases the percentage of collagen necessary for the skin (specifically HIIT exercises and fries)
