2. Wearing a sports belt:

The sports belt is an integral part of the sportswear, and you should give it enough attention if you are doing weight exercises, because this exercise increases the chance of injury in the lower back area, Wearing the sports belt provides you with great protection against serious injuries or slips in the lower back.

3. Knee and elbow braces:

If you do resistance exercises and often put pressure on the elbow during all the upper body exercises and on the knee when doing the lower body exercises, it will be important that you use knee and elbow braces.
