Rice Diet | A Vegan Costless Diet

This diet is based on a book called art of simple living Writer Shomio Masono, a Buddhist priest, talks in his book about simple nutrition methods that have an impact on the body, spirit and mind.

This diet is encouraged for several reasons:

  • The culture of Asian and Korean food in particular, which depends on rice, is reflected in its people, as we notice that they do not gain much weight.
  • The right way to cook rice, we will talk about it later.

Vegetarians will not feel hungry or tired when applying this diet, and it will give them energy and satiety, and we will add to it additives that provide the body with the protein element found in meat only, which is a very important element, and therefore you will not suffer from flabby after sports.

♦The meals:


Buddhist priests used to depend on rice and pickles for breakfast, specifically sauerkraut, which maintains the health of the digestive system and increases the number of benign bacteria that feed on specific types of foods.
Koreans enjoy an anointed stomach due to the frequent intake of kumji, which is a type of sauerkraut, as their meal includes rice, pickled cabbage, and one egg for non-vegetarians, which is an optional ingredient.

We can add legumes to the rice, such as chickpeas, beans, and others.

♦How do we apply this diet in Ramadan?


Eat for breakfast and dinner, and for suhoor, eat rice with soup. In between, you can eat rice sweets such as rice cakes.

And just as water is harmful when you drink it in large quantities, eating rice in large quantities causes you health problems such as heart problems, diabetes and blood pressure.

♦How do you get meat-alternative vitamins?


Do a vitamin deficiency analysis, to find out what your body needs.
