Before we start any form of exercise, The first and most important step is to determine what form you are in before you know what form of exercise is right for you. The female body can be classified into the following shapes Sand Glass b) An Apple c) A Pear d) A Rectangle e) An Inverted Triangle to determine what shape you are in, Measure the width of the next part of your body (as shown in the diagram) Shoulder (A) Directly below the last rib (B) Pelvis (C) HourGlass Shape If A = C and B is around 70% of A or C Apple Shape If measurement B is bigger than A and C Pear Shape If measurement C is bigger thab A and B d) Rectangle Shape If measurement B is slightly smaller than A and C e) Inverted Triangle Shape If measurement A is bigger than B and C
