Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 chicken breast
  • salt , paprika, cajun spices, cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Method

● Prepare the sauce by mixing cajun spices. paprika, salt, cumin and garlic in a bowl.
● Cut the chicken breasts in half, mix them with the sauce, and leave for two hours.
● Put the oil in the pan and heat it.
● Grill the chicken on both sides.
● Mash the avocado, mix it with the ingredients, add lemon juice and salt.
● Put the chicken on the plate and serve it with the avocado sauce.
